Representations - IOUs

WebWallet IOUs are instructions for transferring units between addresses in a transaction. They are used to represent information about debt and are the fundamental building block the WebWallet API specification.

• Identifier: cryptographic hash (algorithm, type, value).
• Instructions: transaction source, destination, amount, unit
• Authorization: digital signatures (algorithm, value, public keys).
